On May 30th, La Ferme participated in the Cuisine & Cuvee gala at the Brickworks, in support of the Providence Healthcare Foundation. The event was a great success raising over $180,000 for this worthwhile cause. We served up over 600 cheese plates throughout the evening featuring La Ferme’s new Smoke Stack, Don Heliodoro and Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar. All of the cheeses were very well received, with many guests coming back for seconds. La Ferme’s staff took a small break towards the end of the evening for a group photo – you can dress us up but you can’t take the animal out of us!
