Bagoss di Malga

A unique cheese made exclusively in the village of Bagolino in the North of Italy. Aged for at least 12 months, with saffron added to the curd to impart a bright yellow colour. The paste is firm and flakey, and the flavours or piquant and savoury with notes of chestnut and walnut.
