Pagwa – Fromagerie Kapuskoise

A semi-soft, washed-rind goat milk cheese made from local milk in Kapuskasing, Ontario. It is named for one of the many rivers that flow through the region. The paste is silky and slightly chewy, with a milky white complexion and a slightly pungent, grassy flavour.
