Tomme de Savoie Haute Montagne

A raw milk cheese traditional to the mountainous Haute-Savoie region of France. The distinctive grey-brown rind is developed in the ripening cellars, and gives off the musty aroma of those cellars. The paste is pale, sticky and has a slightly nutty flavour.
