Jordan Station

Upper Canada  Cheese Company’s Jordan Station is a lightly cold smoked cheese smoked over maple wood.  This semi-firm, Gouda-style cow’s milk cheese is fruity, tangy, and a little bit salty, with a mild, smoky flavour.
