Alfred le Fermier

An organic, raw milk cheese from Compton, Quebec. A firm cheese with an light orange washed rind, a flowery, hazelnut flavour and a smooth, supple texture. Named in honor of the cheesemakers’ farming ancestor. Aged for eight month, with an 18 month version available periodically.
