Black Pepper Parmesan Pepperettes

Inspired by the Italian pasta dish Cacio e Pepe, this pork pepeprette is flavoured with the combination of crushed black pepper and parmesan. Each pepperette has real chunks of cheese that vary in size throughout each piece.

All Seed to Sausage pork products are made with pork shoulder and made locally in Sharbot Lake Ontario.
