Bleu Fumé

From the Abbey de St. Benoit in Saint-Benoit-du-Lac, Quebec comes a smoked blue cheese. A creamy and crumbly paste, earthy and mushroomy notes and natural wood-smoked flavour. The cheese is rindless, with a light layer of mould covering the exterior.
