Bonnecherre

A semi-firm, raw ewe’s milk cheese made in Mississippi Station, Ontario. A unique cheese with a rind that has been toasted over an open flame before aging, which imparts a caramelized flavour to the tangy and fruity paste. Named for the Bonnechere River and Bonnechere Caves in the Ottawa valley.
