Braised Beef Rib Skinny Pie – Pie Commission

The pies are frozen and baked at home to create a gourmet meal with the homemade touch.  The Braised Beef Rib Skinny Pie is made from tender chunks of beef simmered in red wine and homemade veal stock with mushroom, roasted yukon gold potato and sweet potato.  The Skinny Pie has only a top crust and 10% more filling.  Overall there are 33% fewer calories than the regular pies.
