Canola Oil Organic – Tournevent

Organic canola oil from the Saguenay- Lac-Saint Jean region in Quebec.  Virgin vegetable oils are made using on-site cold presses.  Their flavour profile will change with the seasons, reflecting unique characters of the boreal terroir.
