Townsley Road reserve Cheddars are selected for their flavour complexity and texture.  The Cheddars are aged in 19 kilogram blocks in a special environment to maintain the quality of the cheese while simultaneously allowing the flavours to develop and become more complex.  The 5 Year Reserve has a smooth texture with a bold flavour profile.
