Cheddar 6 Year Reserve Townsley Road

Townsley Road reserve Cheddars are selected for their flavour complexity and texture.  The Cheddars are aged in 19 kilogram blocks in a special environment to maintain the quality of the cheese while simultaneously allowing the flavours to develop and become more complex.  The 6 Year Reserve has a strong and sharp flavour with a slightly crumbly texture.
