Chimay Rouge

A Belgian cheese made by Trappist monks at Scourement Abbey. The cheese is washed in Chimay Rouge beer from the same Trappist order, which imparts a yeasty aroma and pleasantly bitter flavour. The paste is semi-soft, with flavours of stone fruit.
