Comté Rivoire-Jacquemin 24 Month
Since 1860 the Rivoire-Jaquemin company has been producing and aging the finest Comté. The milk is produced by local farmers who graze their cattle on the mountain grasses. Master affineurs care for the cheese as it ages on spruce planks from the Jura mountains, and rub the rind with Guérande sea salt. The resulting 24-month aged cheese has intense fruitiness, slightly sharper notes and a nutty finish.
