Cornish Yarg

An attractive semi-firm cheese made in Cornwall, UK by the Gray family (yes, that is Yarg backwards). The rind is decorated with edible nettle leaves, giving it a unique look that will stand out on a cheeseboard. The paste is lactic and fluffy, marked with small eyes throughout. The flavour is yogurty and buttery with a long finish.
