Etorki

A semi-firm sheep milk cheese coming from the Basque region of France, with a trademark rusty orange rind. The texture is smooth, supple and velvety on the tongue, and the colour of the paste is golden-ivory. The aroma is mild and sweet, with sweet, hazelnut and caramel flavours and a hint of hay.
