The Fragassi Estate in southern Italy is a family business grows their own Abruzzo tomatoes, also known as Periforme Abruzzese or Pera d’Abruzzo, are a popular Italian heirloom variety, particularly known for their pear shape and use in sauces.  The sauce varieties are extremely flavorful and are all made on the farm using only the finest ingredients.
