Handeck

A hard, aged cheese made in Woodstock, Ontario, using milk from the family farm. Handeck is inspiried by Swiss mountain-style cheeses, with a washed rind, rich, golden coloured paste with complex nutty and bright flavours. Aged for two years, with a Reserve version aged 2-4 years that is released each December.
