Mascarpone Bella Casara

Mascarpone is a fresh creamy butter cheese that originated in Italy.  This cheese has twice the amount of fat as typical cream cheese which lends its use to recipes, especially the famous Tiramisu.  This product is  made in Woodbridge, Ontario.
