St. Augustin

A semi-firm cheese made from whole cow milk, aged for at least 45 days. Rindless, with a smooth paste dotted with eyes, similar to a mountain cheese like Emmental. The flavour is of hazelnuts, almonds and salted butter. This is the orange version of the Mont-Saint-Benoit cheese.
