This vegan cheeseball is made from organic raw cashews, organic coconut oil, tapioca starch, kappa seaweed, red wine, thyme, truffle oil, salt, bacterial culture. The cheese is a wine-infused whipped chevre,  encrusted in thyme and herbs.
