Wildwood – Stonetown

Wildwood is an Appenzellar style cheese made by Stonetown Cheese in St. Marys, Ontario. It has a rich and creamy paste with a zesty flavour and a rustic, aromatic rind. Wildwood is an excellent addition on a cheese board and can also be melted for use in cooking.

Wildwood is the Grand Champion of the 2023 SIAL International Cheese Competition.
