5 Brothers Reserve

The 5 Brothers Reserve is aged 18 months, and released each December, boasting more pronounced flavours and a flakier texture. A washed rind cheese with characteristics of Gouda and a Swiss mountain cheese, made from the milk of the family’s own herd of cows. It is aged on cedar planks which impart a slightly piney flavour, with a hint of sweetness.
