Asiago d’Allevo Stagionato

Asiago D’Allevo is an Italian classic made in the hilly Venato region. The rind is hard and a golden ivory colour, with a firm paste that can be dotted with eyes and contain amino acid crystals. The flavour is complex and sweet with notes of butter and flowers.
