Canotier

A firm, washed-rind cheese made using a traditional recipe used by the first cheesemakers on the l’Île-aux-Grues in the St. Lawrence River, Quebec. Aged for one year, it has a smooth paste the colour of fresh cream, and fruity, hazelnut flavour notes.
