La Bique au Pre

Bique au Pre is a fresh herb-coated goat’s milk cheese with a slightly bloomy rind.  The paste is dry and acidic and is balanced by the mix of thyme, rosemary, basil and oregano.  This cheese will go well in salads and on cheese boards.
