Louis d’Or 24 month

A rich and regal mountain style cheese from Ste-Elizabeth-de-Warwick, Quebec. The milk comes from the family farm, and the cheese is aged in the converted village church. The flavours are fruity, nutty and complex. This is the 24 month Grand Reserve, which has more developed and complex flavours.
