Oka Classique
A semi-firm, washed-rind cheese with nutty, buttery flavours and a smooth paste, with a pungent aroma. While no longer made by monks, the cheese was originally developed by a Trappist monk who based it off of the recipe for French Port-Salut cheese. The Classique variety is aged for two months.
