Old Amsterdam

Since 1932 the Westland family has been producing delicious Gouda cheese. The word “Old” in the name refers both to the aged nature of the cheese but also the adherence to cheesemaking traditions. The cheese is savoury and sweet, with a hard and flakey aged paste, bright orange colour and black wax rind.
