Oveja Infierno

Vega Sotuelamos produces this pasteurized sheep’s cheese cured with an oil based paste containing red peppers, paprika and cayenne mixed throughout its paste.  It is bright, colorful and is visually striking. This cheese has a nice kick to it without being overwhelming and is surprisingly well balanced.
