Parmigiano-Reggiano DOP BIO Gennari
Organic milk from the village of Ozzola in Parma is used to produce this Parmigiano Reggiano. The firm, crumbly and straw coloured paste, displays complex floral and buttery flavours and a pronounced saltiness. Gennari has been producing and maturing Parmigiano Reggiano since 1953.
