Piave Vecchio

Aged for at least one year, this cheese is a hard, crumbly cheese sometimes compared to Parmigiano Reggiano, made in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. The flavours are savoury and mildly bitter, with a medium saltiness and a rich nuttyness.
