Made using a traditional recipe in Leicestershire, this pasteurized Red Leicester is aged for six months, which produces a firm and flakey cheese with a buttery and sweet flavour, balanced with medium saltiness. The bright red flavour is traditional to this type of cheese, and is produced naturally using annatto seeds.
