St. Nectaire AOP Affiné

A product of the Auvergne in the central region of France, this rustic cheese is made from the milk of cows who graze on rich, volcanic soil. The resulting flavours are rich and complex, earthy and buttery. The natural rind gives a musty aroma with notes of straw and mushroom.
