Vezzena di Lavarone

A hard cooked and pressed mountain cheese with a firm yet buttery paste dotted throughout by small holes. The flavours are intense and piquant, with earthy and herbaceous notes and a long finish. This cheese is recognized by the Slow Food Presidium as a culturally significant regional cheese.
