Fleuron

A soft, buttery blue cheese made in the Laurentian region of Quebec from organic cow milk. It is full flavoured, with notes of mushroom, wet wood, and fresh grass. Beneath the thin natural rind, the blue veining is salty and spicy, and gives a rustic appearance to the cheese.
