Kaamps Chili

The Kaamps farm is located in the Eastern region of Twente in the Netherlands. This Dutch farmhouse Gouda is flavoured with chili pepper flakes, giving a spicy contrast to the sweet paste. The paste is smooth and firm and is encased in wax.
