St. Marcelin

This cheese has strong links to the region it is made, earning it IGP status. It is a delicate, lactic cheese presented in a ceramic dish which protects the silky, soft paste. The rind is very light, and gives off a pleasant yeasty aroma. The flavours of the cheese are moderately salty, lactic and milky.
